Thanks for the great advice. We started to pull out the cell and it looks as if it has melted to the other cells around it..........not fun.......I might try and put a thin saw blade down the side of it but i am afraid it might damage the good cells.......i love these easy 2 minute fixes that turn out to cost ME time and money LOL. Again thanks for the advise we will put it to good use.
