Hi, I have just found this forum, so please forgive me if I have put this in the wrong spot.
Also it's after 10pm and dark outside so if I don't have the numbers you may need, I'll try and get them tomorrow. (Oh, and I'm Rob's wife, he doesn't type, so be gentle with me)
Basic info.
The forklift is an old Made in Australia, 4 tonne hyster H80C , serial number C5S.2186M,
lpg pwered, 6 cylinder continental motor with JE stamped into the block and a compliance plate with F227A605607R.
The distributor thingy has PRESTOLITE on it and other stuff but it's too dark to read.

The Problem
Starts easy cold, idles fine, runs fine
BUT if it stalls or gets turned off it won't start again until it is stone cold.

The shaft of the distributor has about 20 thou play

Any suggestions welcome, but please remember the time difference if i don't reply back straight away
Thanks
