gvnlp: " they say it is nissan engine but i am not sure. also they can produce the forklift with TCM or Chinese engine as well as transmission. Test it on 5 tons before you buy it and i recomend you to buy a better brand which you can use atleast 5 years like linde, komatsu, hyster."

TCM engine? I was under the impression TCM primarily uses Nissan and Isuzu engines (previous models included the Toyota engines). Nissan engines are also used in many other manufacturer's lift trucks(including Komatsu)... so they are reputable. I had an '05 rental truck with over 15,000 hours on it (lol don't ask) and we never had to tear it down... I thought only the 4Y could lay claim to that, until we saw it first hand with the Nissan.

Rant aside, Nissan makes a decent engine.
