So I went to the 2008 Promat in Chicago for the first time this year. Saw some interesting displays. Like the big money display Toyota had at the entrance. I saw booths for all of the major players except one. Where was Crown? I think their current trucks are a joke and so far behind in technology as I have worked at a raymond dealer and currently a Jungheinrich dealer. But If crown was there, where were they? Linde had a huge display and I don't think they have a dealer around here anymore, maybe Wisconson. Best incident was at the raymond booth. I walked around collecting hats and min forklift models, I noticed raymond had some cool hats. I went over there and asked the saleswoman if I could a have a hat. She read my name tag and said of what does your dealer sell? I said Jungeheinrich to which she started laughing and sharply said NO!. What a Fing Botch. So I waited for her to start talking to potential customers and walked up and grabbed some hats while I made eye contact with her. Anyone else have any good or bad experiences at Promat?

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
