The steering is binding and the engine will hardly run sometimes. If we disconnect the pressure line from the pump going to the brake apply cylinder, we still have pressure on the steering cylinder even though it is bypassed. it acts like the pump is back feeding the return lines. This is a convoluted system and we cannot find any information any where. Any ideas??
