Well, inventory management is always a headache, especially when warehouses are packed to the brim and the reports are a complete mess. In 2025 at our company the discrepancy between the system and reality reached 7%, which turned into direct losses of almost $4200 per quarter. I personally unloaded pallets and saw how goods were written off twice because operators got confused between manual entry and the scanner. The most frustrating part is when managers ask where the money went and you just stand there embarrassed. Things really started improving once we used analytics and tracked dynamics through https://www.reportsimple.com.au/ Has anyone else had this situation where the numbers in the system lived separately from the actual warehouse?
