You should have positive voltage on one wire at all hyd switches wire number 10 ,I believe. the voltage goes to card as switch engages the card sends a negative to contactor to close the pump motor contactor. inside of the card the voltage of battery is checked ,if battery is charged the card will initiate a negative that negative goes to contactor to close it ,that brings in pump motor first check voltage at contactor it should be battery volts on both wires without engaging switch I am assuming that battery is fully charged if not the card will not allow negative to go to contactor it is a safety to insure you charge battery
