Need some help getting my orderpicker back in service. The battery is good, there is no voltage drop when its powered on or moved forward or rear (moves very slowly), does NOT have the display only has the battery level meter that will show hours and limited errors (no numbers or codes) just the hgterr after it runs thru the start up checks. Hydraulics are good and full. All fuses are good. Have not found any of the wires loose or damaged, but can not get to the ones behind the cab area as it will not raise.
Thus the issue as soon as you move the lever to raise the platform it shuts down completely and you have to restart the machine. No alarms or other sounds. Forward, reverse and lowering will work but very slow.
Have looked all over here and the net but have not found any solutions yet. The very poor manual I have only says to raise the platform 30 inches and lower it, then restart the machine to reset the code. Kinda hard to do if it will not raise in the first place! Pluss it does not show where all the sensors are!
I am over 100 miles one way to the nearest forklift store and they are not a Yale dealer (dont actually have one here). Nor, do i have or can afford the cost of a diagnostic tool/ program for this machine as that costs more then the machine is worth.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
