There is a velocity fuse on the cyl that is a safety valve if the main lift hose blows it keeps the carriage from falling rapidly it is usually on side or at bottom of mast the main lift hose goes from hyd control valve through it and then to cyl that is one thing to check the other is at bottom of main lift cyl rod there is a valve
That when you raise primary fully it closes and allows fluid to be transferred to secondary cyls
The only way to get to it is to disassemble main lift cyl if all was fine until you resealed tilt cyls check you tilt lines. Will it tilt forward and back ?
