Did you check the reach tracks for foreign objects? Is reach parallel to tracks? On some models you can adjust the cone rollerbearings in a manner they tighten up relative to tracks - look for counterfit nut inside part of the reachbed. There have been troubles also with battery locking device unscrewing or breaking, is the battery tray symbol preset?
