Hi ??
I've recently purchased a 2003 Crown CG25e (copy of a Doosan G25e it seems) from the auctions and I cannot get it to start.
It turns over really slowly like something is dragging. I've installed a new battery and starter motor. All voltages check out at the relevant test points.

I think it's a brake issue, if I press the brake pedal while trying to start it, the starter bogs down even more!

The unit has oil cooled brakes however I'm struggling to find out how the system works to trouble shoot.

Any guidance is much appreciated.

Thanks!
