As mast goes down into first stage the ram you can see continue to drop but the first stage mast part very slightly twists and jams/stops, everything is free and clear, but the first stage guide top rollers go about 8 inches above the end of the mast I beam on each side when going up, when it comes down into first stage it jams on the thick steel plate under the guide rollers(metal on metal)the thick plate under the guide rollers are sitting on the I Beam, the heavier weight the more it jams onto each other, has anybody had this problem, it's not nice when there is a car on it and it's stuck at top of first stage haha, I haven't used it in a year and it's only just started jamming up, any ideas on how to fix it, can limit the height of the first stage be possible?
I looked up on YouTube, And the hyundai HLF25 II forklifts all have the first stage mast guide wheels go about 8 inches above the top of I beam, I can take a video of what I mean , any help is greatly appreciated
