It sounds like the access 3 memory keeps reseting or you have a line coil/brake drive short. Typically when it throws codes that don't exist something is typically wrong with one of the modules. Because it is happening during drive, and code 349 I'd guess the access 3 is having issues possibly with its memory causing it to disable all functions, reset memory and then once the code is cleared act normal.

If this is a brand new lift (less than 365 days old) contact your local crown dealer as this is a factory warranty. Labor and parts should be covered to fix this issue. Replacing modules can get very expensive.
