The form is for anyone to submit, feel free to enter what data you can. The form is great as it gives tech support information they will be asking you. It also allows them to better understand the issue before they call you back.

Alternatively you can contact combilift reception and ask for Uk Technical support, but the form is better, as it allows the team to provide better support.
