Hello,
Our Hyster Forklift, Model H5.0FT is not moving and showing error codes 524225-4 (Transmission Forward Pressure OORL) and 524271-2 (TISS Sensor Pulse Count Low) related to the sensors which are okay.

We have checked the pressure and found that the pump pressure is normal (160PSI), but the converter pressure is only 40PSI instead of 107PSI and lubrication pressure is almost zero instead of 20PSI.
We have opened the transmission and found no abnormalities and FWD/ REV pressures are normal as we have operated the solenoids bypassing the controller.
Kindly help us for the following:
1) What could be the reasons for having low converter and lubrication pressure?
2) Help us to locate the converter pressure regulator and pack regulator valve, as they are not visible?
3) Can we have service manual for the transmission, seems to be DURAMATCH

Regards, Prakash

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
