Hi. I am new here. I have a Veshai electric pallet stacker. I use it only a few times a year to lift/move/stack 6 IBC Totes that I store coal in for heating. I just developed an issue when I push the raise button, there is a fast clicking sound (machine gun) and the unit will not raise. Battery is charged. There looks to be a solenoid that is making the noise. I bought a 4 post 24V solenoid and it must be incorrect and it does not work. In messing with it, I also blew out a glass fuse, but there are no markings as far as amperage, etc for me to get a replacement. This must power the computer panel as before there was a blinking light, and that does not blink now. I am pretty mechanically inclined, but never worked on one of these before. I wanted to reach out to see if I can get some advice on what to do to get it working. I assume if I cannot, I would need to call a mobile forklift repair company and see if they would work on it. I am in the Pocono Mts area in Pennsylvania. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
