From my experience working for a Crown dealer for 13 years, electronic parts are not usually returnable. If you buy new access modules from a Crown dealer and try them you will likely NOT be able to return them. Also new access modules will may have a newer software which will not match the rest off the modules software. The best approach if you think it's an access 2/3 issue is if you have another unit with the same software version, swap the controller and see if the problem goes to the other unit.
