There are only a few things that will trigger limp mode in your machine. Low engine oil pressure, transmission temp, overheating engine and I believe MAF sensor. Make sure to check the connections on the trans temp sensor on the side of the transmission case. Either wire unhooked, broken, or just a bad connection. Or it might be a bad temp sensor also.
