apparently the card I need for the customer's 2000 genie has been discontinued and you have to buy an upgrade kit which is basically all the circuit boards on the machine. I'm not impressed with Genie. The kit is about $3K US so I was hoping someone had a good used machine or a reman'd board somewhere.
