Good morning guys,

Been following for a little bit, first time post.

Working on a 19' Raymond 8210 pallet jack. Getting a E152 error code. Found some damaged wires in the harness running down through the tiller handle, damage is right at the big spring area. I have a complete handle off a 20' model, this harness has wire loom in that area. I was able to remove the donor harness but I had to knock the pin out, remove the spring, separate the handle and then take the harness out (the connectors at each end are too big to pass through).

Is there a trick or other procedure to install this harness in the other machine without knocking the pin / spring out? I can always cut one end off of the damaged harness and remove that one, but installing the new one looks tricky without separating the handle.

Thanks!

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
