The truck model # RRE250H, serial number is 6695259 year 2019 and the battery part number is 7648723-003, serial # 6695259-BATT, also the BMS is black ( part # 7633816-001) with separately contactor attached.
The charger is from Micropower Lion 200 48/300 and showing error "connect battery" and "CAN timeout".
I have tried another same charger to charge this battery but it also give same error. Currently the battery voltage are 46.6 volt.
Tried new BMS on this battery but it is not working with the charger nor truck even the old BMS works only with that truck.
The charger has three CAN wires and found 12.3 volt between two of them which goes to the BMS after connecting the charger connector with battery and the third wire gives 12.3 volt which is receiving from BMS.
Is charger is not working due to low voltage of battery or is the BMS is faulty?
Or can any share the PDF documents

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
