I am only getting about 60% of max speed in both directions.
Accelerator Pot reads 3 volts in neutral, and 0 volts at full throttle regardless of direction.
The tach reads 49 to 45 volts in one direction and -45 to -49 volts in the other.
Batteries are fully charged and brushes are good.

LED indicator on the Sevcon controller remains on steady, indicating the controller does not see any faults.

Disconnecting or reversing the wires on the tach gives a fault 10 for a tach error.

Can anyone verify the readings i am getting as good or bad? Any suggestions on the next step?

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
