It's most likely the fwd solenoid on the trans valve body check to see if you are getting power to it or swap it with the reverse one and see if it goes fwd and Rev stops working. If that is not the problem then I would say it's the fwd clutch packs are bad in trans. Pressure test the fwd port on the valve body or pull the valve body off and check the clutch packs. Goodluck!
