Hello, I just started a new factory maintenance job in Alaska and we have a few pallet jacks that don't work. The one guy said they need new batteries but turns out they are all good.

#1 eje 120, battery light flashes when charging red, won't charge. I changed this one with a older new not used battery that was low on water. Filled and still nothing. The truck works just shows red battery. Turns out the one I took out is showing 23 volts and low on water also.

#2 eje 120, only works when the turtle button is pushed

The other is a emc 110, this one the key won't work unless held just right then the lift works and horn but the contacts click if try and move it, not fast or repeatedly they just click when try and move it.

One other question is a cat Diesel fork lift, not sure model, it don't have reverse. Use to work sometimes but now don't at all.

Switch in the tiller arm for the turtle button?

Macro switch on top of.motor for the emc110?

Thanks for any help

The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
