After replacing a hydraulic hose on the Crown RC5500 quad with fork positioners, it's important to bleed the air out of the system to ensure optimal performance. To do this, follow these steps: First, locate the bleeder valve on the hydraulic cylinder connected to the fork positioner. Open the valve and allow any trapped air to escape. Next, operate the hydraulic controls, raising and lowering the forks several times, to circulate the fluid and purge any remaining air. Repeat this process until the system feels firm and responsive.
