Working on a pr4500. The unit will move slowly (1-2 MPH) and immediately stops when letting off the throttle. Replaced brake and brake coil, issue persists. Analyzer shows a 1 for brake status regardless of brake pedal position. I can hear the solenoid engaging, but the brake remains applied. No event codes appear either. Bad floor switch, maybe? Had another tech look at this today and he discovered the brake works until you bolt it to the equipment> Gotta be a ground issue right? I eliminated the floor switch as a possibility by testing with a known good floor board from another piece of equipment.
