Lift came in with intermittent throttle response, mostly no throttle, unless restart for a couple seconds. Now has throttle response, but throttle motor is keeeping it at a very high idle. If throttle motor is unplugged, mechanically, the throttle will return to proper rpm. No flashing lights on dash pod
