Since you already know what the code stands for, need to check for voltage at the same location. Pins A and B should read 2.0 to 2.5 volts. Use pin C as your ground. If no reading, use battery negative. If it reads now, bad wire at pin C. Change relays around at the PDM. Verify all connections at the ECU are clean and good. Let us know what you find. Thanks
