I took all covers off and compared readings for both motors...
The motor working correctly, three of the terminals would go higher in voltage as I increased speed.
The motor that isn't energizing at all, the three terminals all read around 16 volts once I move the throttle forward or reverse.
That tells me i'm getting some power to this motor but is that correct? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I find it hard to believe I received a bad refurb motor from Crown but I'm sure its a slight possibility. I just don't want to have to change it out again if there is any other checks I could do first.
The motor I changed out completely quit on the operator and wouldn't energize at all. I installed this refurb one and still doesn't even want to move which I would think it would at least try.
As a reminder, I did release brakes and I can rotate the wheel and drive unit just as I can the other side so I don't think it is anything with the drive unit itself. It seems like either a power issue i haven't found yet, or i hit the bad lottery and received a bad motor.
