Well, I replaced the Aux motor and fuse board and all operations seem to be ok. An autopsy on the motor showed burned up mosfets. Which caused an intermittent ground on the neg side. I'm guessing the ground either caused the fuse board failure or it was just a complete coincidence that they both burned up at the same time.
