Thank you for the response. The machine has an electronic start/ignition module in the patch panel that goes to a 5 post relay then to starter. One of the first things I tried was replacing the relay to see if i was getting a voltage drop through that. I'm leaning toward that module acting up but I don't know exactly how to test it without just ordering a new one and swapping it out which I'm trying to avoid unless I know its the problem. Today I'm planning on running a new wire from the relay to the starter to see if that fixes the issue but so far anything I do to this thing seems to fix it then day or two later goes back to not starting.

Fact of the week
At the opening ceremony of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1932, marching bands were instructed to walk out of step as they crossed the bridge. This unusual directive was given as a precaution due to concerns about the bridge's structural integrity during its early use.
