First do you here the pump coming on when trying to lift if not first l would check my battery truck might be in lift interrupt low battery voltage could not allow to lift check water in cells than take cell reading a good cell should read at 2.1volts per cell put back on charge and see if lifts. Also is there any codes on dash hope this helps
