Hi,I have a skyjack 4830 scissor lift and it will not go up an incline. It is rated for a 20% incline.I was going to transport it to another site on a trailer and could not get it up the ramps,it stops right at the edge of the ramps.I put a couple of 2x10's in front of the wheels and it wouldn't go up on those either. It has brand new batteries and a new controller box.Any idea's?
