Hey heard about an upper management shake up at Barloworld U.S. division managers demoted to branch managers, corporate sales management demoted to division managers, positions created to keep the goog old boys that need to go, in the company.

As usual the leaders that continue to fail stay employed and the "grunts" that are face to face with the customers still struggle to get enough hours to make a full paycheck.

It's sad, for a few years there, they had it going in the right direction, putting the right people in place in the right positions. Times get a little tough and they are right back to there old ways.
