I have a Raymond ET-R40TT, serial number ET-12-FD20971with 6200 hr on it. Every once in a while, it will lurch forward when the operator has the forks almost fully in the air and usually when reaching in or out. I've replaced the handle on it but it is still doing it. Has anyone heard of this before and could it be a software issue? I have never actually had the problem occur for me, and any checks I do turn out okay.

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
