Hi Nunanemo and thanks for taking the time to reply, it's always massively appreciated.

We don't have Linde Truck Doctor programme on laptop, but do have a hand held programmer which we've used quite successfully on other Linde machines that it also covers, and pretty much reports on the same processes.

The DC/DC converter checks out ok at a stable 23.85 volts.

The wiring on the truck is good and we've briefly bypassed the truck loom to check, but as expected it makes no difference.

If we had a spare Control Logic to use it would be a simple job to check, but unfortunatly we don't so will have to keep going without until we've cleared all other possibilities before gambling on $$$ for a Logic unit that we just have a niggling feeling won't solve the issue.

Ideally what we would like is a correct wiring diagram for this truck so we can circuit test and fully understand the whole circuit properly. If anyone has a copy it would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Fact of the week
The word "robotics" was coined by Russian-born American science-fiction writer Isaac Asimov who first used the word in 1942 in his short story 'Runabout'. He characterised robots as helpful servants and as "a better, cleaner race."
