If your Left drive motor runs and steering is in the straight forward position and you have contactor pick up for the right drive motor then you could have either a blown power fuse for the right drive motor or a problem with the contactor for that side. In that contactor check the tips of the non energized side as well. Also make sure your drive motor brushes are in good shape ie not frozen in holders.
