I'm hoping someone could help me figure out what seals I need in order to re-seal the side shift cylinder on a CPJ02A25PV.

After searching for a couple of hours I was able to come across part number 69999-fa065 here https://trupar.com/p/nissan-forklift-side-shift-cylinder-seal-kit-69999-fa065 but it doesn't show an application or any specs to determine whether these are correct or not.

I measured the diameter of the rod which was 40.12mm, but have not pulled the cylinder apart yet in order to measure the cylinder diameter.

I have very little experience with forklifts, more experience with general automotive repair. Just recently started at this job so as the new guy I got tasked with fixing the leaky old forklift. So I appreciate any help, and if any additional info is needed I'll do my best to provide it.
