Ran into a code E28 today on a 7 series.on/off switch tested ok,no power going to switch. I removed the rubber stop at the tiller and complete tiller assembly.I found 4 broken wires leading to the handle harness Where it passes through between the tiller and drive unit.repaired harness also found a blown 10a fuse,replaced fuse and back in service
