I am running into issues with the new software being cloud based. Old software had a disc. I need to get it reloaded as it needs to be refreshed every 90 days or so. We didn't need it or log in and now it requires a new activation key! PITA. The other comment on here about "dealer only" isn't really accurate. I'm not a dealer we service our own lifts 90% of the time.

The part number you would order from the parts department is 16A6811320. This cable works for the newer forklifts. Has an extra pin in different positions on the plug.
