Have an 03 crown RR5200 1A282730 Freezer reach. DC drive motor. The motor shakes and almost binds when moving slow or calling for little acceleration. Move fine forward or reverse under moderate or heavy acceleration or plugging. Drive unit 7 months old. Replace motor pedestal wich have a broken bolt. 3 drive motors a new encoder. Known good Access 3. New battery. Even removed the brake and tested. This motor takes a fit at any speed if trying to maintain a speed.
