What software version is the truck running?

IIRC Going up to version - 009 required the reach movement recalibrating as the valves operating current has been tweaked.

The newer software versions allow much more fine control of the reach carriage braking at either end of the travel especially at height but it will require a recalibration.

Version - 011 is the current latest for the RRE H series

I remember on an older RRE the piston in the reach ram the nyloc securing nut started to come undone which allowed the piston head & seals to move on the end of the piston rod cause the ram to over reach.
