In early 2002 time put an odd looking computer on its cover it had a small domed base and a pointed shiny chrome neck fixed to a flat screen monitor that enabled it to be pushed pulled turned lowered or raised with the nudge of a finger. This was an announcement of a brand new vision for consumers ,apple believe the future of the pc lay as a digital hub of camcorders, digital cameras, MP3players, cell phones and DVD players also with the I mac came a free sweet of soft wear that today is synonymous with the digital age, I tunes , I photo, and I movie. Critics mocked Jobs and rivals called the computer clownish and silly. The customer embraced it and apple has seen it share price increase 4856 % the closest competitor has increased approximately 14%
