331 is for overtempt on Access#3 not drive motor so unless it drives for a little while then faults this is strange. Are you sure you are on correct truck.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
