I have a unit that has less than 100 hours on it that has sat for several years so I'm concerned about previous battery issues. We just had the batteries re-furbished. Our travel speed is almost 0 it will barely creep. We are getting a code event of 331. Any advice we had the crown dealer come out but getting mixed signals from them. Is there a code to enter to go into the computer to reset the travel speeds? Any help is appreciated. I used to be service manager at a caterpillar forklift dealer years ago, we never had a lot of crown interaction, just want to make sure we've covered the basics before we start replacing drive motor on a unit with 75 hrs.
