If the rented forklifts are to have heavy usage, then rental charges will be higher. For long term rental (say 3 years or more), normally they will be new forklifts. For normal usage (in Singapore - 8 hours a day) your return of investment on the forklift is usually 3 years with only free replacement of tyres once for front and two for back tyresper year.
