Got no nameplate with this typical elec pallet jack that takes 2 12v batteries. We drove it under a pallet against a wall so there was somewhat of an impact suddenly stopping the vehicle's forward motion. The raise/lower control buttons went dead, before the impact they had worked perfectly. Seems like something disconnected inside, maybe just the buttons on the steer bar? How do we open it up to see the electronics?

Edit: Think this is an EJE-120. Found pic online and I marked what I think are the access screws. Have very limited access to the truck, so I missed the screws on first brief visit.
