Hello. I have a problem with CAT GP20CN with H21 engine, same as in many different forklifts CAT, Mitsubishi and Nissan. Fuel = LPG, engine have full electronic with 2 injectors: main , and additional what must work when acceleration pedal going down.
In my machine this additional injector dont work and its still closed, engine intermit when accelerate becouse dont have enougth fuel. Injector (valve) is OK, work when we give +12V. It have 2 cables: white is mass, and green/yelow is signal from ECU. Cables to ECU are OK, but we dont have signal from ECU. Any fault codes. MAF sensor is replaced and still same. Acceleration pedal position sensor was check and it is OK too.
Where is a problem? What signal ECU need to open this valve?
