TSB are uploaded to the BT Toyota online portal & any BT Toyota technician should have instant access to it anywhere in the world via there BT Toyota issued laptop / tablet.
There also held on the device memory IF the technician remembers to update it for offline working.
As for tech support, here in the UK where I'm based, we have UK tech support that we can contact if required but if its something that they haven't seen or it needs feeding back to the factory then they would contact tech support in Sweden.
As for product training, in the UK the RRE is a core truck & the training for it is given when you join the company in a service position - its a 2 day course just on the RRE.
