Raise and block unit, confirm both motors operating when driving straight ahead or reverse.Left motor should slow and cut out when turning left. Right motor should slow then cut out when turning right.
Check your brakes are functioning properly, should release when deadman pedal is depressed. Check brake switches on the brake linkage near the drive motors, check limit switches on the steer hub.
